You can stop your iPhone from listening to you by changing permissions in your settings.
Stopping Siri from listening to you gives up a lot of capabilities. You will need to decide if it is worth it.
Go to Settings > Siri & Search.
In the ASK SIRI section, turn off Listen For, Press Side Button for Siri and Allow Siri When Locked.
Check to see what apps on your iPhone have access to use the microphone. Turn off access.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
Choose Microphone.
Applications that have requested access to the microphone will appear here. Choose which ones to allow or not allow access.

Touch and hold the Home Screen background until the apps start to jiggle. To make a folder, drag one app onto another. You can then add more apps to the folder by dragging them into it. If you want to change the folder’s name, touch and hold it, select Rename, and then type in the new name.
Touch and hold the home screen background until all of the apps are “jiggling”.
Once this happens you are able to make edits, in particular the ability to create a folder.
While the apps are stilling jiggling, drag one app on top of another app.
This will automatically create a new folder that is named the same as the app you added.
At this point, if you want to change the name of the folder, just tap on the name and make a change.
To add more apps to the folder, touch anywhere outside of the folder. Drag another app into the folder.
To remove an app, get the apps to jiggle again, then drag it out of the folder.
Zoom in on and detect nearby objects using the iPhone Magnifier app.
Ask Siri, “Hey Siri, open the Magnifier app”.
Or search for the Magnifier app by swiping down on your iPhone screen and start typing Magnifier until the app shows up. Open the app.
Use the slider with your finger to zoom into what you are interested in.
The magnification of this app is strong. How strong – I don’t know. I do know that if you zoom in too much that what you are looking at becomes blurry.
The camera option allows you to switch from front to back view, i.e. – zoom in on what is in front of you or on you.
Can’t say I know why you would want to zoom in on yourself unless it is to check for blemishes.
The default value for brightness is in the middle. Negative makes things appear darker while positive makes things appear lighter.
Similar to brightness, the default value for contrast is in the middle.
There are a number of filters to choose from using the iPhone magnifier.
The magnifier app has the ability to turn the flashlight on / off.
Should you want to revert back to the default settings, click the gear icon in the lower left corner and choose Default.

Find apps on your iPhone by using the search capability of your device.
Near the bottom of the screen of your iPhone, tap the Search button on your screen.
Or, swipe down on the screen until the Search feature shows up.
Start typing or tap the microphone and start talking.
If your phone finds what you are likely looking for, it will show it as a “Top Hit” and tell you where it is located on your phone.
From here you can open the app, if that is what you searched for.
If it doesn’t find what you are looking for, it will likely suggest you make a search online for what you are interested in and provides you with the link to the default browser (Safari) to do your search.

Install the Find My from the App Store. Enable “Find My [device]”. If your device is lost, open the Find My app on another Apple device associated with you or go to iCloud.com/find on a web browser. Select the device you want to locate.
Ensure your device is compatible with Find My. Generally, this includes iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, and AirPods running the latest iOS, iPadOS, or macOS versions. As of this writing, Find My is compatible with iPhone iOS 14.0 or laters, iPad iPadOS 14.0 or later, iPod iOS 14.0 or later and Apple Watch watchOS 7.0 or later.
If not already installed, download the Find My app from the App Store.
Recommend that you install this on multiple Apple devices, ex – iPhone and iPad. This way, you can simply access the Find My app from a device that you have in your possession should you lose or misplace the other device. Regardless, you can still use iCloud to find your phone if you don’t install Find My app on multiple devices.
Go to Settings on your device.
Tap on your name at the top.
Tap on “Find My”.
Toggle on “Find My [device]” on. Toggle “Find My network” on.
If prompted, enable “Send Last Location” to help locate your device even if the battery is critically low.
If you want to use Find My with family members’ devices, set up Family Sharing in your iCloud settings. This allows you to locate family members’ devices under your account.
Open the Find My app on another Apple device or go to iCloud.com/find on a web browser.
For example, here is the Find My app on my Mac computer. I searched for the “Find My” app on my Mac computer then opened the app.
As you can see, the Apple devices I have are all happily with me 🙂
If your device is nearby and connected to the internet, you can make it play a sound to help locate it.
Click “Directions…” and a map will pop up showing the location of you device.
Use with caution. If you click “Mark As Lost…” then you will receive a notification when the location of the device becomes available, no one can use your iPhone, a passcode is required to unlock, your payment cards will be suspended as a safety precaution, a message and number can be displayed for the person who finds your device.
If you’re unable to recover your device, you can remotely erase all data on it to protect your privacy. This action will also deactivate Apple Pay and other services on the device.
Before selling or giving away your device, make sure to disable Find My. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Find My > Find My [Device], then toggle off Find My [Device]. You may be required to enter your Apple ID password.
